Pregnancy Support

$200

  • 24/7 phone support- Providing information, resources, emotional support and guidance. 

  • Attending any desired prenatal visits with care providers, helping facilitate communication and advocating for you. 

  • Labor prep- Writing up a birth plan, setting up the birth environment, helping make sure home is in order, pets/children are taken care of.

  • Maternity photography

Labor and Birth

$450

  • Pain management- Breath work, positioning, acupressure, aromatherapy, massage, reflexology, movement, hydrotherapy, and affirmations/visualizations. 

  • Helping the birth team stick to your birth plan, advocating for your desires/wishes.

  • Encouraging your partner through different ways of helping you, and giving the partner a break if needed so there is always someone by your side. 

  • Helping coach you through the labor and pushing stage, and repositioning support. 

  • Providing emotional support and guidance for you and your partner. 

  • Birth photography

  • Helping facilitate skin-to-skin and immediate breastfeeding support

Postpartum

$100-200

  • Home visits

  • Breastfeeding support

  • Answering questions, providing resources and guidance.

  • Cleaning/cooking if needed

  • Errands

  • Infant care so mom and partner can rest if needed

  • Debriefing birth experience


Full Doula service is $850 which includes everything above and more based on your needs and desires.
